2. Shipping Costs

Italy: Free shipping on all orders.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Free shipping on all orders. We partner with a local warehouse in Switzerland, ensuring your order is already cleared through customs. No additional import fees or customs charges apply.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden: € 9,70 shipping fee. Free shipping for orders over € 29,00.

3. Delivery Times

Italy, Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

All other countries: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. During busy periods (e.g., holidays or sales), delivery times may be slightly longer.
