We currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Austria, and Germany:  € 5,00 shipping fee. Free shipping for orders over € 29,00.

Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom:  € 9,70 shipping fee. Free shipping for orders over € 39,00.

Switzerland: € 9,70 shipping fee. Free shipping for orders over € 39,00. We partner with a local warehouse in Switzerland, ensuring your order is already cleared through customs. No additional import fees or customs charges apply.

3. Delivery times

Austria, Germany, and Switzerland: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

All other countries: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Additional Information

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. During busy periods (e.g., holidays or sales), delivery times may be slightly longer.  For orders outside the EU, customs clearance may occasionally delay delivery.
