0.0 These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the FLARIEL Affiliate Program (“Program”) and are a legal agreement between you (hereinafter, “Affiliate”) and SKINOY S.R.L., owner of FLARIEL, with its registered office at Via Abbondio Sangiorgio 18, 20145 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT number 13000300965.
0.1 By signing up for our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register as an affiliate.
1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1. To join the Program, you must submit an application through our affiliate registration page: Affiliate Registration.
1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. Factors such as relevance to our brand, social media presence, and promotional methods will be considered.
1.3. Important Note for Existing Customers: If you already have a FLARIEL customer account, you cannot register as an affiliate using the same email address. To proceed, you have two options: 1) Use a different email address for your affiliate account. 2) If you wish to add affiliate credentials to your existing customer account, contact us at hello@flariel.com, and we will assist you.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. As an affiliate, you will receive a unique referral link that allows you to earn commissions for every sale generated through it.
2.2. You must only promote FLARIEL using ethical marketing practices. Any form of misleading, deceptive, or spammy promotion is strictly prohibited.
2.3. You may customize your affiliate link (“Your Custom Slug”) or generate affiliate links to specific product pages using our platform.
2.4. We provide marketing creatives that you may use to promote our products. You are responsible for ensuring your promotions comply with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
3. Commission Structure & Payouts
3.1. You will earn a commission on sales generated through your unique referral link. The specific commission percentage will be communicated to you upon acceptance into the program.
3.2. Commissions apply only to qualifying purchases and are calculated based on the final sales price, excluding shipping, taxes, and refunds.
3.3. Payouts are made via PayPal, provided that the minimum payout threshold of 100 EUR is met. Different payout amounts may be arranged upon request. The payment schedule and threshold details can be found in your affiliate dashboard.
3.4. If a customer requests a refund or their order is canceled, any earned commission will be deducted from your balance.
4. Discount Codes & Promotions
4.1. Affiliates will receive a personalized discount code to share with their audience. This code provides an exclusive discount for customers and helps track your referrals.
4.2. Discount codes must not be shared on coupon websites or misused in any way. Violations will result in termination from the program.
4.3. Any unauthorized use of FLARIEL discount codes outside of permitted channels (e.g., reselling or bulk purchasing for unauthorized discounts) will lead to account suspension.
5. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities
5.1. Affiliates are not allowed to:
- Use paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) bidding on FLARIEL brand keywords.
- Mislead customers by impersonating FLARIEL or falsely claiming to be an official partner.
- Use cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, or any fraudulent tracking methods.
- Engage in spam or aggressive promotion that violates platform guidelines.
5.2. Violation of any of these policies may result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Guidelines
6.1. As an affiliate, you may use FLARIEL-approved marketing materials, including logos and images provided in your affiliate dashboard.
6.2. You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from FLARIEL’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
6.3. If you create custom promotional materials, they must align with FLARIEL’s brand identity and must not misrepresent the company or products.
7. Account Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Affiliates can request termination by contacting hello@flariel.com.
7.2. If terminated, any outstanding unpaid commissions may still be processed if they meet the minimum payout threshold. However, violations of the program’s policies may result in commission forfeiture.
7.3. Upon termination, you must cease all use of FLARIEL marketing materials and remove all affiliate links.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
8.1. FLARIEL is not responsible for technical issues affecting tracking or commission calculation due to third-party errors (e.g., browser settings, ad blockers).
8.2. Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk. We do not guarantee any level of income or success from participation.
8.3. FLARIEL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1. This agreement is governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Milan, Italy.
